Men's Ministry
We live in a time where the very idea of biblical manhood has been severally questioned, and for the most part, lost in a sea of cultural relativism. We seek to reclaim the clarity of what it means to be a man of God and reframe the need for men to serve Christ as a glorious call into the fight of their lives. Men are encouraged to see the fullness of God's image expressed in both men and women, and to live their lives in a gospel-centered way. Men's events seek to minister to men in their various phases and spheres of life.

Our men's ministry exists to encourage and equip men to be a faithful witness to the gospel of Jesus in their home, church, community and the world. When men like Peter, John, Paul, and others encountered Jesus, it brought out the best in them spiritually, relationally, vocationally, and in every other way. We aim to build environments where men from all life stages can relate to Christ in similar fashion, while also building meaningful fellowship within the church and with each other.
Our men's ministry aims to curate life-giving spaces for men to know Christ, study Scripture, grow in their God-given roles, and pursue Christ together in faith and friendship. If you're new to the area or new to the church, and no matter where you are along the spectrum of belief—very skeptical, quite perplexed, or definitely convinced—we hope you feel a sense of belonging at any of our events.
GET CONNECTED
Our weekly men's breakfast meets each Thursday morning at 6:45am-8am at Panera in Portsmouth. We're currently studying the book of John, led by Pastor Jeremy. These breakfast times are occasionally canceled or postponed. Please contact us if you desire to come for the first time to ensure we'll be meeting. In addition, each month, the GCF men seek to gather for a time of fellowship and fun. For more info, please email [email protected].
